Dr Kate Joyner is a Senior Lecturer in the Graduate School of Business at QUT, specialising in helping leaders and leadership teams navigate and adapt to the complexities of the 21st century. With a focus on Complexity, Systems Thinking, and Adaptive Leadership, Kate designs and delivers transformative learning experiences in MBA and executive education programs. Kate is the winner of several prestigious awards for her doctoral work on leading in complexity.

Kate is the creator of Systemcraft® a systems thinking framework and professional development tool that equips individuals and organisations to think expansively and respond effectively to complex challenges.
