Data Insights and Visualisations

• Preliminary analysis of Insync survey results – report provided to Nicole and Sarah. Analysis of comments underway.
• Continued to provide library entry data and analysis for the 24/7 access trial at GP and KG. Also regular Library Occupancy Reports – available online – COVID-19 Library Staff Information – Library Reports – Library Occupancy Reports.
• Enquiry Services  regular reports – showing trends in Library enquiry services and HiQ library related enquiries.  Access via  – Library Statistics – Data Insights – Enquiry Services.
• Met with Rhonda Leece (SSG) to discuss SSG reporting and data. She has shared some insights and some examples of their reports on SSG activities.

UX (User Experience)

• UX mini project meetings – gathering more ideas about UX on Library Spaces and planned activities.
• Participated in UX testing on the Library Adviser’s One Stop Shop for Kate Thomas.

Professional Contribution, External Engagement, PD

• Recorded presentation with Jenny Thomas for the Library Assessment Conference (LAC) – early November. We have also been invited to join the panel on Covid experiences at the conference to provide insights and answer questions.
• Attended a Community Building sub group meeting of the LibPMC International Conference on Performance Measurement in Libraries.  Also consulted with Simon Hart (Uni of Otago) regarding international and regional professional community building.
