As well as the behavioural components of strategy execution and delivering on outcomes, there are potentially powerful links with program and initiative benefits, including overall work portfolio delivery.

Stephen Jenner, a global expert in risk and benefits management, who specialises in large scale IT projects in complex environments, has extensive experience at senior level as a member of the UK Senior Civil Service and the Queensland government (Treasury). His expertise is in Criminal Justice IT, Portfolio & Benefits Management and Transformational Government and Service Transformation agendas.
